From complexities when compressing, Colombia
This project originally included a very large floor area, so part of the design process involved reducing the total interior space from 500 m² to 300 m².
The main architectural challenge was to define a clear and efficient circulation system that could support everyday use, while avoiding overly linear or compressed spatial configurations.
To address this, the design introduces a central patio around which the main areas rotate. This layout opens up the common spaces, offering fluid movement and visual connection to the garden, entrance gate, BBQ area, jacuzzi, and the trees within the courtyard.
